Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

i tried to upload a drawing that required a preview image, so i provided it with one; but when i submited the picture, it was of the preview and not the actual drawing i wanted to submit. when i tried clicking on it to make it full screen like all the other previews i see nothing happened? and when i pressed download a download window opened. can someone tell me how to submit it correctly, or is it supposed to be like that?
